if they don't win, it's a shame!
'Cause it's one, two, three strikes you're out at the ol' ball game!
-#3 on the Rivercats-
James is playing tee ball! His first sport! As you can imagine there have been funny parts and frustrating parts that you can only get from a three year old. At first he didn't want to wear the helmet. Then he didn't want to run the bases. Then he got mad if anyone else in the outfield got the ball. Well, we got past the first two hurtles and we are still working on the last one. But we will get there, all in time. Seeing him in the little outfit is so sweet. Most importantly, he's seemed to enjoy most of the experience and at this age, I think that is awesome. Brendan wants to be out on the field so badly and we look forward to signing him up when he is old enough. Daniel has enjoyed the practices and I have liked reading baseball books with him. Another perk? James tells me he needs to eat all his dinner and drink his milk to grow into a big, strong athlete. No complaints here! :-)
