Brendan loves Mo-Mo, Elmo that is.
James never really got into Elmo, but Brendan is a HUGE fan! But he calls him Mo-Mo. We have Mo-Mo toys, Mo-Mo books, Mo-Mo cups, a Mo-Mo shirt. I think many more Mo-Mo items will be coming soon and I am predicting he will want to be Mo-Mo for Halloween. I took these pictures of my sweet B and his Elmo last week when he was under the weather. Nothing could cheer him up but his favorite furry red monster.
Other than Mo-Mo, Brendan is really into....
- pointing out and naming every part of your face and sort of grabbing your hair when he tells you about your hair
- repeating most words you say and saying short little sentences
- dancing and clapping to ANY music he hears
- climbing up the ladder to go down the slide all my himself (!)
- feeding Cheesecake most of his dinner and throwing the rest on the floor
- brushing his teeth
- requesting Go, Diego Go
- Toy Story...he even says "To Infinity and Beyond"
- reading books, especially Color Theater, Good Night Moon and Elmo has a Babysitter
- fire trucks, airplanes, buses
- watering our garden
- waving a bubble wand around yelling BUBBLES at the top of his lungs
- screaming whenever James bosses him around or takes his stuff, which is a lot of the time
- following his big brother around and playing with him which is the rest of the time
- finding shapes and pointing them out, especially stars
- leaning up against you to give you a "hug"
- Trit trot to Boston (riding on someone's knee to this little rhyme that my dad did when I was a kid)
- playing with my phone to look at pictures of himself
- laughing hysterically at anything and everything and making everyone around him crack up, even James
- his Mommy (contented sigh :-))
